Booking & Cancellation
These terms and conditions govern the use of DYF TURIZM TIC.LTD.STI.’s website, located at https://ephesiantourism.com/. By accessing and utilizing this website, it is understood that you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, refrain from using Ephesian Tourism & DMC’s services.

Booking Policy
Reservation Process
Bookings can be made through various channels, including online, email, WhatsApp, or phone calls.
Payment Methods
Upon completing a reservation, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. Once you receive an email notification with your receipt, your reservation is considered confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
Booking Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadlines and Fees
- Cancellations received more than 30 days before the departure date will incur a penalty of €50 per person.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 14 days before the departure date will incur a penalty equal to 20% of the total cost per person.
- Cancellations received within 14 days of the departure date are subject to a 30% cancellation fee of the total cost per person.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the departure date will be considered as no-show and are subject to full charges.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are eligible if the cancellation is made within 30 business days after your canceled departure day.
Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances such as emergencies or force majeure events, the Company may consider waiving cancellation fees. Please contact us directly to discuss such cases.

Customers should initiate cancellation requests via email, phone call, or WhatsApp message.
Modification Policy
Changes to Bookings
Modifications or changes to existing bookings are permitted without any associated fees. We offer a free customization service.
Deadline for Modifications
Customers must request modifications to their bookings at least 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival. In case of emergencies, our 24/7 contact is available for immediate assistance.
